  Was there this evening the store was filthy in the dining room ,garbage in front of the counter behind the counter looks like the floor had not been swept since five pm and we were there at six fourth five pm... girl socializing at the counter with staff for forty minutes ....bathrooms were reeking of urine smell and the ice cap machine was beeping for fifteen minutes before anyone tended to it in general the place was disgusting at least five staff working but nothing getting done sure people were served but all that manpower was not being managed properly apparently who was emptying outside garbage cans must have gotten tired because they left a stalker new garbage bags on top of the outside can I hope not to return

  Unlike the other Tim's around, this place has poor service. We ended up waiting for half an hour for the breakfast wrap and coffee. The just kept on helping the drive through people and there were 10 - 15 people waiting in the queue inside with no one to take their order.
  The person who served us also gave the wrong stuff but we just took it with us because we didn't want to wait another half an hour for the right food.
